Church management

One workspace for the life of your church.

Faithinity keeps the directory, ministries, calendar, notices, and giving in one congregation workspace. Create an account, request to join your church, and members stay connected in the app.

Illustrative church dashboard. Counts are sample figures, not live data from a congregation.

Solutions

The work of a church should not live in five different tools.

Directories drift in spreadsheets. Events sit in a group chat. Choir lists stay on one person’s phone. Faithinity is the shared system for that work, built for a single congregation.

  1. Administration and community in one place

The same congregation record holds the directory, worship schedule, ministries, and the notices members read on their phones.

  2. A workspace that belongs to one church

Members, events, leadership, and giving stay inside that congregation. Opening another church does not mix the records.

  3. People who run the church, and people who attend

Admins keep the records current. Members follow events, announcements, and their church from the mobile app.

  4. Access that follows the congregation

Register and choose the congregation you want to join. A church admin accepts the request. Platform staff are the ones who add a new church.

Features

The tools a church admin uses after signing in.

Each item is part of one congregation workspace. Church admins work inside their own church. Platform staff register churches and review events across the platform.

  • Church profile

Name, description, address, phone, email, website, and service times for the congregation.

  • Member directory

Households, contact details, address, status, and notes the church admin maintains.

  • Parish leadership

Pastors, assistant priests, deacons, and the pastoral and finance councils.

  • Choir and ministries

A choir roster with voice part, role, contact, and whether each singer is active, plus ministry groups.

  • Events and activities

Gatherings with a place, description, and start and end times, split into upcoming and past.

  • Weekly programmes

Recurring prayer meetings and gatherings by day, time, location, and notes.

  • Announcements

Bulletin notices saved as draft, published, or archived, with pinning and expiry.

  • Tithing

Giving records and reports for the congregation, kept with the rest of the church data.

How it works

Three steps from an account to a working church.

  1. 01

    Create an account

Register with your name, email, and password, then choose the church you want to join.

  2. 02

    A church admin accepts you

The request waits until an admin at that church accepts it. Until then, the parish tools stay closed.

  3. 03

Run the week from one place

Admins use the dashboard for that church only. Members follow events, notices, and church life in the app.

Mobile

Members stay with the church between Sundays.

The Faithinity app is the member side of the same workspace. People see their church, upcoming gatherings, and announcements without asking an admin to forward a message.

  • Home for the congregation they belong to
  • Events and activities on the calendar
  • Announcements, including pinned notices
  • A path into giving for that church

Access

Access follows the church, not a checkout.

Creating an account is free. You choose a church while you register, and an admin there accepts the request. Platform staff sign in to register new churches. That role is not a self-serve upgrade.

About

Built for the people who keep a congregation going.

Faithinity is the administration workspace for a church, and the app members use to stay close to it. It is not a website builder. The public profile, events, ministries, leadership, announcements, directory, and giving live here.

A church is added by platform staff. People join by creating an account and requesting that congregation. A church admin accepts the request. Creating an account does not open a church on its own.

Church admins
They keep the profile, calendar, choir, programme, parish leadership, notices, directory, and giving current.
Platform staff
They register churches, edit those records, assign a church admin, and see events across the platform.
Members
They follow their congregation in the mobile app: events, announcements, and the life of that church.
